You will learn to read music, then write music, then write music notes for every instrument. Play-along guides and the on-screen piano below move note by note, at your pace, with sound only when you tap, and a steady held highlight — never flashing.

One honest note: BandLab's distribution of your music comes with its paid Membership — the free tools still carry you a long way. And if you write songs: a writer joins ONE performing rights organization at a time — BMI or ASCAP, where joining as a writer is currently free — and joining is not enough. Register every song.
