Ways to Learn — Minister Destiny Stand in Faith District
The learning meets every student where they are. These paths stand in this school, and they are carried through every page:
- Voice and pictures carry everything — no print required, for a student who speaks but does not yet read.
- Text, pictures, and sign carry everything — captions everywhere, no sound required, for a student who reads but cannot hear.
- A sign-language section, sign-first — their language leading. Start with the library lesson Signing With Friends.
- A sound path for blind and low-vision students — the Accessibility Services Lesson Reader reads every lesson out loud, right here in the school; every page is also real text for the device's own voice; big, easy targets.
- Motor access — extra-large buttons, one-button play, nothing fast or precise, no timers.
- Gentle reading — short lines, generous spacing, listening while reading.
- Braille — display-ready content, touch-and-sound braille play, and printable braille sheets, below.
A student's voice is never recorded or stored — anything the device hears is processed on the device only. Every screen is calm: no flashing, no strobing, no sudden sound, light, or motion.
Braille
Every page in this school is braille-display-ready: the words are real text, so a refreshable braille display can read them line by line.
Touch-and-sound braille play: tap a braille cell — the school says the letter out loud, and the cell is big under the finger.
Printable braille sheet
Print this page and the sheet below comes out on paper: the braille alphabet to touch and learn.
